WHEN CAN I ORDER FOR FLOWER DELIVERY?
Please order flowers before 3 pm for next day delivery Monday to Friday, and Saturday before 2 pm. You can shop online or call us on 01572 373836.
WHAT ARE YOUR FLOWER DELIVERY PRICES?
Our website charges for delivery are split into two zones;
Zone 1 area (approx 7.5 miles radius from the studio)
Next Day (or specific date) delivery charge is £5.99 for standard next-day delivery.
Same Day delivery charge is £10.95
Zone 2 area (approx 25 miles radius from the studio)
Next Day (or specific date) delivery charge is £8.49 for standard next-day delivery.
Same Day delivery charge is £13.49

HOW DO I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE?
Select your perfect bouquet, hand-tied or floral arrangement, in our online shop.
You can add a message to the recipient, which will be written on one of our signature cards.
Click 'Buy' to add your flowers to your shopping cart.
In the shopping cart, select a delivery date and click 'Checkout'
Follow the checkout process, including delivery address, billing address and payment.
You'll receive an email confirmation of your order and then another email to let you know your flowers have been delivered.

WHEN CAN YOU DELIVER MY FLOWERS?
We will deliver your flowers 6 days a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 18:00. Saturday between 08:00 and 17:00. Orders placed on Sundays or bank holidays will be delivered the next working day. Please note that during florist peak periods (e.g. Valentine's), our delivery times may vary. We always aim to deliver flowers as soon as possible within the working day.
We do not offer a same-day or offer Sunday delivery service, the exception is UK Mothering Sunday.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT ISN'T HOME?
If no one is home, we will try and deliver the flowers to a neighbour, in a safe location or return the item to the shop. A calling card will be left informing the recipient we have called, and this will advise them where the items are.
DO YOU OFFER NATIONWIDE DELIVERY?
We currently do not offer Nationwide delivery.
