Rutland Florals designs flowers for all of it. We work across Rutland, Stamford, Oakham and the surrounding countryside, creating seasonal, garden-led event flowers that suit old stone, big skies and the way you actually entertain.

Private Celebrations
Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, christenings, garden and marquee parties, private dinners and country house entertaining. We look at your house or venue, the season and the light, then design flowers that feel as though they belong there. Nothing generic, and nothing that could belong to anyone else's party.

Event Planners & Agencies
Planning for clients? Send us the venue, date, guest count and a few lines about the feeling you're after. A mood board is welcome, but an email is plenty.

You'll usually have a considered proposal within 24 to 48 hours, with a vision board, colour direction and itemised pricing. Once it's approved, we design, source, install and clear away, and we speak directly to your venue and suppliers about timings and access. One point of contact, and no surprises on the day.

Corporate & Hotel Flowers
Reception displays, boardrooms, hotel lobbies and suites, designed around your brand's character. We can keep everything fresh with regular replacements, and we also create flowers for launches, galas and hotel functions.
County Events & Landmark Occasions
We've created flowers for some of the region's best-known occasions, including Burghley Horse Trials, the Rutland Flower Show and the Global Birdfair, as well as the hospitality suites, marquees and private entertaining that surround them.
How It Works
Tell us about it. The date, the venue, roughly how many guests and the feeling you want.

Receive your proposal. A vision board, colour direction and itemised pricing, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

Secure your date. Accept the proposal, sign the contract and pay a 25% deposit.

We do the rest. We deliver, install and clear away, so you can enjoy the event.
What to Expect
Every design is led by training and family floristry heritage, and we know the area's country houses, barns, marquees and village halls. We limit how many events we take on each weekend so every one gets our full attention, which means dates do fill. Early enquiries are always welcome.

We cover Rutland, Stamford, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire, and travel further for the right event.
