Large scale event florals, across Rutland, Stamford & beyond
You have a hundred moving parts. The flowers shouldn't be one of them. Send us your brief, and we'll return a considered proposal, then design, install and clear everything, so you can get on with the rest of the event.
How we work with planners
You send the brief. Tell us the venue, the date, the guest count and the feeling you and your client are after. A mood board, a floor plan or a few lines in an email is plenty.

We send a proposal. You'll receive a design proposal with a vision board, colour direction, suggested flowers and itemised pricing, usually within 24 to 48 hours.

We take it from there. Once it's approved, you won't need to hold our hand. We design, source, build and install, and we liaise directly with your venue and suppliers on timings and access.

We clear up after ourselves. Breakdown is included, so nothing is left for you or your client to deal with.
What we create
Tablescapes and arrangements. Considered table designs, centrepieces, bouquets, cake flowers and the small details guests photograph without realising why they look so good.

Statement moments. Entrances, arches, ceiling installations, plinths and focal pieces, where the space calls for something bigger.

Full event production. Sometimes the scale isn't the size of any one arrangement, it's the whole picture: several spaces, a lot of moving parts, a tight install window and one cohesive design running through it all. We manage that end to end, whether it's a hundred small designs or a handful of large ones.

For weddings, milestone birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, private dinners and brand or corporate events.
We work with seasonal flowers wherever we can, and we avoid floral foam where practical.
Why planners rebook us
Creative direction you can trust. We bring a point of view, not a catalogue. Your client gets something that feels considered and personal to them.

Clear communication. One point of contact, clear timings and no surprises on the day.

Capacity to deliver. We limit how many events we take on each weekend, so each one gets our full attention. Dates are limited, so early enquiries are always welcome.

Family floristry heritage and formal training behind every design, so the scale never costs the finish.
Planner FAQs
Do you offer planner rates or a referral arrangement? We keep our pricing consistent for everyone, so you can quote with confidence. What planners get from us is a smoother experience: priority date holds, one direct contact and early availability. If we work together regularly, we're always happy to talk about how to make it work for both of us.

Do you only take on big installations? No. We're just as happy designing tablescapes and arrangements as building large pieces, and many events call for a mix. If you're not sure what the space needs, send us the brief and we'll suggest what will work.

Can you work to our client's existing brand or vision board? Yes. We're happy to build around your client's palette, mood board or brand guidelines, and we'll tell you honestly what works in the space.

How far ahead should we get in touch? As early as you can. Event weekends book up quickly, but ask us, as we'll always tell you straight whether we can do it well.

Which areas do you cover? Rutland, Stamford, Leicestershire, Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire, and further afield for the right event.

What happens after the proposal is accepted? You'll receive a contract and a 25% deposit invoice to secure the date, and then we get to work.
